Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of BowVerse Studio ("the Service"), a social media management tool operated by the BowVerse network ("we", "us") to schedule and publish its own content across social platforms. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BowVerse Studio is an internal publishing tool. It connects social media accounts owned by the operator and lets the operator prepare, schedule and publish content to those accounts through each platform's official API. The Service is not offered to the general public and does not create accounts for third parties.

2. Accounts and authorisation

• Only the account owner may connect a social account, using that platform's official authorisation flow.
• The owner is responsible for holding the rights to the content they publish.
• Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the relevant platform or from within the Service, which ends the Service's access to that account.

3. Acceptable use

The Service must be used in compliance with the terms, policies and community guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok's Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. Content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates a platform's rules must not be published through the Service.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Bluesky and X) and their APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, behaviour or policies of those platforms. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
